By using the Webnova platform and requesting any project, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
Services
Webnova is a digital agency providing web & app design and development through a smart flow: request, pricing, contract, e-invoice, then delivery.
Intellectual Property & No-Resale
Upon full payment, the client owns the delivered project for their own use (their business or brand).
The client may NOT resell the project, its files, or its source code; nor sublicense, redistribute, or offer it as a product/template to third parties; nor create derivative copies to sell. The license is for use — not for reselling the product itself.
The "Designed & built by Webnova" attribution with its link must remain visible unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Showcasing Work (Portfolio)
We may wish to showcase the finished project as a reference in our portfolio and marketing. We do so only after obtaining your explicit consent at handover. You may decline with no effect on your service, and your project stays private.
Prohibited Content
We do not build projects involving: sexual/adult content, racism or hate speech, religious promotion, gambling/betting, or political content. We may decline any request that violates this.
Pricing & Payments
Price is set by the scope of work and the requested delivery speed. Compliant e-invoices are issued. Some work begins after the agreed payment.
Revisions & Scope
Each package includes a set number of post-delivery revision rounds. Any change outside the agreed scope requires your approval of the additional cost before it is carried out.
Electronic Contracts & Signatures
Contracts are concluded and signed electronically on the platform after your identity is verified (which may include a one-time code sent to your phone).
Each signature is stored with your verified identity, the signing time, and a digital fingerprint (SHA-256) of the contract text so it cannot be altered undetected.
These electronic signatures and contracts are valid and binding under the Electronic Transactions Law of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Warranty & Liability
We apply professional care to every project. Webnova is not liable for indirect damages, and its maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the project.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, whose courts have jurisdiction over any dispute.
