Privacy Policy

1. Introduction
Webnova respects your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect and how we use and protect it.
2. Data We Collect
Account data (name, email, phone), identity-verification data when required, your project details, the data you enter into our apps (e.g. clients and invoices), purchase records, IP address/country for security, and cookie/device identifiers when you browse our marketing website.
3. How We Use It
To provide the service, price work, issue e-invoices, communicate about your project, and protect the platform.
4. Security
Sensitive data — identity data and the data inside your apps — is encrypted at rest (AES-256-GCM). Access is restricted, and the platform is built security-first.
5. Your App Data
The data you create inside the software apps (such as your clients and invoices) belongs to you. We store it encrypted on our servers, never use it for any other purpose, and never share it with any outside party. It is retained while your subscription is active and deleted when your account is removed.
6. Health & Care Data (Silah app)
The Silah elder-care app lets you record sensitive health data: medications, doses and their times; medical appointments; vitals (blood pressure, blood sugar, temperature, heart rate, oxygen saturation); and your care-circle members and emergency information.
We use this data solely to run the app features you asked for — reminders, adherence and vitals tracking, alerts, the SOS button, and the doctor report. We never use it for any other purpose.
Health data and personal identifiers (such as names and phone numbers) are encrypted at rest (AES-256-GCM) and in transit. We never sell your health data, never share it with advertisers or any outside party, and never use it for tracking or advertising.
Care data is shared only with the care-circle members you add, and emergency alerts are sent to the contacts you designate.
You can view, export, or delete your data at any time from the "My data & rights" page, and deleting your account permanently removes your health data.
7. Cookies, Advertising & Analytics
Our marketing website uses cookies and measurement technologies to improve your experience and gauge the effectiveness of our advertising — including advertising pixels and tools from Snapchat, X (Twitter), and Google (Google Ads) that collect device/cookie identifiers and the pages you view on the site to measure and optimise ads.
When you accept advertising cookies, to measure conversions accurately (Enhanced Conversions) we may share hashed contact identifiers (SHA-256 — such as your email or mobile number) with Google. These are sent only in hashed form, cannot be reversed to their original value, and nothing is sent if you decline advertising cookies.
These tools do NOT access the data you create inside our apps (such as your clients and invoices) — they are limited to your browsing of our marketing website.
You can control or refuse cookies through your browser or device settings without affecting your use of our core services.
8. Where We Host Your Data
Your data is hosted on secure servers within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, in line with local data-residency requirements.
9. Sharing
We do not sell your personal data, and we never share your app data (such as your clients and invoices) with any outside party. Account data is shared only as necessary with payment providers and the relevant regulators to deliver the service. On our marketing website, browsing/cookie identifiers are shared with advertising and analytics partners as described in the “Cookies, Advertising & Analytics” section.
10. Your Rights
Under the Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL), you may access, correct, request deletion of, or object to the processing of your data. You may also lodge a complaint with the competent authority (SDAIA). Contact us to exercise these rights.
