Returns & Refund Policy

1. Overview

This explains when you can cancel an order or get a refund. Rules differ between bespoke services (projects) and software subscriptions.

2. Bespoke services & projects

Before work starts: you may cancel and be refunded what you paid, less any costs we have actually incurred.

After work starts: the value of work completed is deducted; any remainder is refunded.

After final delivery and acceptance: amounts are non-refundable; your package’s included revision rounds still apply.

3. Software & app subscriptions

Individual apps include a 7-day free trial before payment — try before you subscribe.

You can cancel anytime; renewal stops and no future charges are taken.

Fees for the current period are non-refundable; your access stays active until it ends.

If you were charged in error or we couldn’t deliver the service, we refund in full.

4. How to request

Email [email protected] with your order/invoice number. Eligible requests are processed within a few business days, refunded to the original payment method.

5. Your statutory rights

This policy does not affect your rights under the e-commerce and consumer-protection laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
