Deleting your Silah account and data

1. The fastest way — from inside the app
Sign in to the Silah app and open "My data & rights" from the app footer (or webnova.sa/account/data). There you can view your data, export it, and request deletion of your account.
To delete a single care profile without deleting your whole account, use that profile's own page.
2. If you cannot sign in
Email [email protected] from the address registered on the account, with the subject "Delete Silah account".
If you are acting on behalf of the account holder (bereavement, or they cannot access the account), tell us your relationship and we will guide you on the proof required. Requests are handled within 30 days.
3. What gets deleted
Deleting your account permanently removes: the care profiles you created, their medications and dose history, appointments, vitals, emergency contacts, uploaded medical documents, care-circle memberships, and your account details (name, email, phone).
Anyone you invited into a care circle loses access to those profiles immediately.
4. What is retained, and why
Invoices and payment records are retained for the period required by Saudi accounting and tax law (ten years for VAT purposes). These are financial records and contain no health data.
No health data is retained after deletion.
